The Don'ts :

1. Stop thinkin"why me? ohh why me? WHYYYY? " Hey pls, its not only you who face some hard break up probs. People always do, they just get over it, so BELIEVE that you can too =))
2. Stop REMIND urself that u nid to FORGET him. LOLL == How can u forget a person whn u actually just keep forcin urself TO REMEMBER NOT TO REMEMBER him? Just keep back n relax, u wont even realise tat u already forget him. Time cureee.hehes
3. Stop thinkin that u cant live without him. He is not around and are you stil breathing? Yes, u r alive. Not dying. =)
4. Do something stupid and hope tat he is goin 2 come back. "oh, i just cut myself bcause of you. Now,come back. " ==. Pls dont, he wont buy it. It just make him look down on you.
5. chocolate doesnt make you a better person. chocolate make you Fat. Dont just stuff things into ur mouth when u r down. Go out n make urself preety,make urself look good, gain back ur confidence.
6. When u stil suffer n cant let him go, dont keep thinkin tat he is the same too. Mayb, he's already gone far. A jerk can get over u in no time

7. No more caring for him. Everything about him now is his own business, so dont waste ur time. Use ur time to make ur life better

8. Always keep a smile on ur face, make him think that u happy, so u wont b needy in front of him. "Lost me is ur loss! " Lols

9. Bside times, Galfrens r the best cure! Share ur probs to ur close galfrens, of course not all. you dunwan 2 end up everyone been talkin about ur break up right? hehes.
10. MOVE ON.Learn how 2 giv up, giving up doesnt mean tat u weak. But it show tat u r strong enough 2 start all over again. MOVE ON gals.
